I know it's hard but it will get better, the pain dissipates a little each day. It will drive you to your knees sometime,but that's a good time to pray. You're strong enough to survive, I'm concerned about how your daughter will be affected. It takes a real "man" to hurt a little girl, let alone another adult. I'm sorry to hear than someone is causing you pain, maybe if you make your diary semi private. He won't be able to read it unless he's a member and on your favorites, I think. I don't know everything.....lol. One other thought, Who cares if he reads your diary, he can't hurt you unless you let him.

You could always start a new diary and only tell who you want to that you have a new diary, I'm sure some of your favorites are also on your e-mail/messenger, you can use word of mouth to tell the people you want to know. I hope this gets resolved for you, and soon. Take Care.

you should take your diary to semi private . that way you can add to your favorites the people you want to be abnle to read your diary. that way he cannot read it. if you do please add me on.

Don't be so despair, girl. Everything will go fine for you. Sooner or later, the wound will heal ... in time you are allowed to give your heart and yourself time to cry. Once awhile we all will all mourn for a broken heart... but life goes on, baby. If there is anything that you need, just look it the positive way. It is better to know that he is not for you now rather than in years to come - because then it will be too late. Now is better than later, you see. I love reading your entries & am so glad I have stumbled upon your diary & even happier that you come by and read my stuff. It's so rewarding to meet new people on here and connect with eachother. This site is such incredible therapy for people. Not only can you bare your soul, not worrying about judgement, but you can receive helpful feedback & comments from absolute strangers who know nothing about you or your life, and see things from different angles/perspectives. So rewarding I think! Again, I love reading your entries & look forward to hearing more. Who would've thought your little life would turn into such a soap opera episode is right! Good for you to stand up to Allen and tell him where to go. He does, in fact, have a wife & children, maybe he should focus on them considering he lost your love years ago. I sit here & read your diary and think to myself, "man this chick can do wayy better." I sit here and think that you shouldn't talk to him anymore, that you should cut all communication. But then I look at my own life & think, "Ok, how about you wake up & smell the coffee - take your own advice!". Easier said then done. It's easier for me to sit here and write to you & tell you that you are better off without him and that you should completely erase him from your life. It's easier to convince your head that he isn't good for you & that you deserve better, that you can do better. But, it's convincing the other aspect of the spectrum, your heart <3.  It's telling your heart to forget & that is sometimes impossible. I guess with him being in Australia it makes things a little easier, you are guarenteed to not run into him on the street, or at the club. I work nights at a veterinary clinic, so I am basically in the same line of work as you, except I work on animals. Pretty neat, eh? We have a lot in common. I cannot believe you invested 7 years into a r/s with this man only to end up in garbage. I cannot believe him, I cannot believe some of the things people do to others. If he was unhappy in his r/s with you, he should have talked to you. Not talking to you, makes you wonder and probably makes you feel like he had no desire or interest to make it work & in the end, that makes you feel even more terrible. I am sorry you are going through this. I wish I could tell you to forget about him and move on, but again, easier said then done. xo.

The guy sounds like a jerk- is he really worth all the trouble????????
